Benedictine Leadership Formation

Designed to Ensure Grounding in the Benedictine Heritage

Benedictine Leadership Formation (BLF) is a collaborative, 9 month, cohort-based program designed to ensure that individuals called to serve in the ministry are grounded and formed in the Benedictine heritage and values as well as other elements unique to serving in Catholic ministries.

The BLF Program will highlight Benedictine leadership qualities and practices, and aims to provide a transformative experience to participants.
